PowerPapers Responsibilities
PowerPapers is a custom writing service. Our papers are written specifically for you, and are guaranteed to be free of plagiarism.
PowerPapers is responsible for sending all completed papers, via a URL sent to the email address you provide in the order form, by the agreed-upon delivery date and time. PowerPapers sends all papers in Microsoft Word (.docx) format, unless an alternative is agreed upon in advance.
PowerPapers cannot be held responsible for delays in receiving any given paper that are caused due to our emails going to spam or junk folders. We also cannot be responsible for other problems that might occur on the customer end, such as internet outages, computer malfunctions, software mismatches, and other technological issues. We also cannot be held responsible for a client's inability to access his or her email account, or any errors in inputting a contact email address. If the PowerPapers site experiences difficulties, we will deliver the paper as an attachment, via email.
PowerPapers provides model documents for private personal use only. PowerPapers cannot be held responsible for any actions caused by submitting or sharing model papers to educational institutions, commercial businesses, or any other third party.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing clear and complete instructions for any given paper within 8 hours from the time of ordering the paper (longer if indicated ahead of time).
Clients are also responsible to upload, fax, or otherwise send all necessary attachments in a timely fashion. Specifically:
- If the paper is due in 24 hours or more, clients have 4 hours from the time of ordering the paper to send all necessary materials and instructions. More time may be allowed if approved by PowerPapers staff.
- If the paper is due in 24 hours or less, clients have 2 hours from the time of ordering the paper to send all necessary materials and instructions.
Clients cannot change instructions after the time listed above has elapsed, nor can they change any parameters of a given assignment after the time listed above has elapsed, without express approval of PowerPapers staff.
Clients are responsible to make payment in full before work can begin on a project. For longer projects, such as theses and dissertations, clients can request staff create a payment schedule, however work cannot be completed or sent in advance of payment.
Clients are responsible for all criteria indicated in their original orders. If errors are made, it is not the responsibility of PowerPapers to resolve them, although we do try. Any errors made in inputting the original instructions (e.g. error in citation style) must be corrected by contacting PowerPapers staff within 4 hours of ordering (or more as per the discretion of PowerPapers staff).
Clients are responsible for ensuring that required source material is supplied to the writer if those materials are not readily available via widely-used databases and other online sources of information.
Client Satisfaction
PowerPapers is responsible to complete all paper requests according to the explicit instructions, using any required materials, which were sent when the paper was originally ordered.
PowerPapers is responsible to complete said paper requests by the deadline requested in the original orders.
Refund Policy
PowerPapers will issue a full refund in the rare case that we cannot meet the original specifications of a given assignment.
PowerPapers will, at its own discretion, issue a partial refund if the original deadline was not met; such refunds are not guaranteed, and are granted, or not, based on the specific circumstances.
No refunds are issued for any other reason.
BuyBack Policy
All assignments that have been purchased with our BuyBack discount agree that PowerPapers may redistribute, sell, or publish the documents we have created after the agreed-to time period, shown as the "BuyBack Date" on the receipt. Some data entered into our order form may be published, including the title, assignment type, and subject, but we exclude client email address, phone number, and instructions for the writer. PowerPapers is not responsible for damages resulting from personally identifiable information in the published document(s). This agreement cannot be reversed except as per the express approval, and under the exact conditions of PowerPapers staff.
Grades
PowerPapers supplies model papers to our clients, and therefore makes no claims as to what grade any paper might earn if graded by an actual instructor.
Revisions to Completed Papers
PowerPapers will complete necessary revisions for papers that do not meet the original criteria sent by the client. All requests for such revisions must be made within five days from the original deadline.
PowerPapers reserves the right to charge a revision fee for revision requests that are not due to mistakes on our part, and/or which represent meaningful deviations from the original directions. Such revision requests are not bound by any particular timeline, so long as the client understands that s/he might have to supply the paper as written if it is no longer accessible by the writer.
Payment Verification
PowerPapers reserves the right to verify any given payment according to our internal security policies. Should any given payment be deemed illegitimate upon said verification, PowerPapers reserves the right to refund the payment and cancel work on the project.
Should such verification be requested, it is the client's responsibility to comply within the time given or PowerPapers cannot guarantee completion by the original deadline.
Fraudulent Activity
PowerPapers reserves the right to publish or sell papers that have been purchased using stolen credit cards, hacked accounts, or otherwise fraudulent methods.
Minimum Age
By placing an order on PowerPapers, you certify that you are at least 13 years or older.
